Beta titanium is a metal that excels in strength and high corrosion resistance compared to stainless steel, and possesses excellent spring properties (low Young's modulus) that allow it to return to its original shape even after bending. At Nikyu Precision Machinery Industry, we offer products tailored to various needs, with tensile strengths ranging from approximately 750 to 2000 megapascals, Young's moduli from 100 to 45 gigapascals, and surface hardness of about 400 Hv (during aging treatment). Additionally, thanks to our unique technology, we can also produce beta titanium in pipe form! It is lightweight, highly corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and has excellent spring properties, allowing us to manufacture thin tubes that are less prone to bending, similar to shape memory alloys (Ni-Ti).
